We are looking for: Marketing Communication Executive

Location: Karolinská 654/2, 186 00  Praha-Karlín, Czech Republic

We are searching for self confident person who will lead strategic planning of marketing communication - we call it Dialog to consumer (social selling & hyper care). Your role will be to manage team of 2 subordinates: D2C Specialist responsible for social selling support, logistics, consumer dialogue, insights and analytics and Hyper Care Specialist responsible for multicategory full customer care channel.
The main responsibility is to set up, tracking and evaluation of KPIs and objectives we want to achieve for further business growth.

Your Business Accountabilities are as:

  • Social selling model efficiency & effectiveness via regular performance monitoring
  • Hyper care model set up & development & evaluation (multicategory, full customer care channel)
  • Call Center administration and team management – bonus, salaries, KPIs, *Creative & innovative ideas, search for synergies in multicategory approach
  • Cross department cooperation with Trade, Finance, SPI, Brand & Campaign team
  • Budget Management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience you should have..

  • Preferably 2-3 year experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within FMCG organization.
  • Willingness and ability to learn fast & independency
  • Creative approach and ability to think out of the box
  • Team player, networking skills and relationship building skills.
  • “Act like an owner” approach
  • Understanding of market and consumer/shopper dynamics.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities.
  • Proven track record of on time in full delivery.
  • Strong leadership & communicative skill
  • English fluent, Czech communicative
  • Advanced PC skills: Excel, Power Point
