Pro region: Karolinská 654/2, 186 00  Praha-Karlín, Česká republika

Are you the One who can lead strategic planning of Retail Advocacy platform which includes responsibility for multicategory self-run promotions and B2B motivation program in line with cycle plan?
You will be responsible for set up, tracking and evaluation of KPIs and objectives we want to achieve for further business growth.

Your Business Accountabilities are as:

  • Multicategory promotional planning utilizing market knowledge and most effective tools
  • Searching for synergies across categories and channels
  • Evaluate and analyze self-promo results and bring key learnings and recommendation
  • Overall responsibility for B2B motivation program (mechanics, timings, evaluations)
  • Effective management of agencies & suppliers
  • Cross functional cooperation with focus Trade, Campaign Team and SPI department
  • Systematically monitor and understand actual market experience on an on-going basis to develop insights to drive effectiveness of different promo activities
  • Manage & develop 1 subordinate
  • Budget Management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience you should have..

  • Preferably 2-3 year experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within FMCG organization.
  • Understanding of market and consumer/shopper dynamics.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities.
  • Strong leadership & communicative skill.
  • Proven track record of on time in full delivery.
  • Creative approach and ability to think out of the box.
  • Team player, networking skills and relationship building skills.
  • “Act like an owner” approach
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn & proactivity & independency.
  • English fluent, Czech communicative
  • University degree
